These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REPX website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is intended for real estate professionals, including investors, agents, wholesalers, lenders, and landlords. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit — property listings, transaction details, documents, messages, and verification materials. You grant REPX a license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service, including showing listings to other users and sharing transactions with participants you invite.

You must not submit false or misleading listing data, infringe another's rights, or upload content you do not have permission to share. Verification documents are reviewed by our team; submitting fraudulent verification materials may result in immediate termination.

3. Memberships and Payments

Some features require an active paid membership. Plans and pricing are shown on the Plans page. Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayArc. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Calendar Integration

If you connect a Google Calendar or Outlook account, REPX will read and manage events on the calendars you authorize in order to synchronize them with the REPX calendar. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to authorize access to those calendars. REPX is not responsible for the content of your external calendar events or for any consequences of syncing them. You may disconnect at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any law.
• Do not harass other users, send unsolicited messages, or misuse the networking features.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or to disrupt the Service.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish listing or user data without permission.

6. Professional Advice

REPX provides tools, analytics, and AI-generated insights to assist real estate professionals. This information is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making real estate or financial decisions. AI-generated analyses may be inaccurate and should be independently verified.

7. Listings and Transactions

REPX is a platform and is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of participants, or the outcome of any deal. You conduct transactions at your own risk and are responsible for your own due diligence.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by REPX and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or proprietary content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations and liability limits — remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPX and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
