REPX ("we", "us", or "our") operates a real estate platform that unifies deal discovery, analysis, transaction management, project tracking, and professional networking for real estate professionals, investors, landlords, lenders, agents, and wholesalers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services (the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a role you select (such as investor, agent, lender, or landlord). You may also add a display name, profile photo, business name, and contact details.

Property and deal data. You may create listings, buy boxes, transactions, projects, leases, and loan requests. The content you enter — addresses, offer prices, inspection and closing dates, documents, and notes — is stored in our database and shown to you and any participants you invite to a transaction.

Verification documents. If you submit identity, relationship, or proof-of-funds verification, those files are uploaded to private storage and reviewed by our team for approval. Verification documents are never made public.

Calendar integration data. If you connect a Google Calendar or Outlook account, we request limited access to read and manage calendar events so we can display your external appointments on the REPX calendar and push REPX reminders (inspections, closings, tasks, and project milestones) to your connected calendar. Calendar tokens are stored securely and used only to synchronize events between your calendar and REPX.

Payment information. Membership subscriptions are processed by PayArc. We do not store your full card number or banking credentials; PayArc handles that on our behalf. We retain your subscription status, plan, and billing email.

Usage data. We collect logs, device information, and interaction data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To display your listings, matches, transactions, and projects, and to share them with the participants you add.
• To synchronize events between your connected external calendar and the REPX calendar.
• To process membership payments through PayArc.
• To send notifications by email and in-app alerts about deals, messages, and calendar reminders.
• To verify identity, relationship to a property, or proof of funds where you request it.
• To maintain and improve the Service and prevent abuse.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described here:

• With participants you invite. When you add a participant to a transaction, they can view and contribute to that transaction's details.
• With the public. Property listings you post are visible to other users as described by the listing settings you choose.
• With service providers. PayArc processes payments, and Google or Microsoft provide calendar connectivity under their respective privacy policies.
• For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with the law or protect our rights and users.

Calendar Integration — Scope and Control

When you connect Google Calendar, REPX requests the calendar.events scope, which allows reading and managing events on the calendars you authorize. You can disconnect your calendar at any time from Settings, which revokes our access and stops synchronization. Disconnecting does not delete events already created; you manage those in your calendar provider.

Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will remove it except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Verification documents are stored privately and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete the personal information in your account through the Settings and Profile pages. You may disconnect calendar integrations and cancel your membership at any time.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date.
